Accessibility & Inclusion

USU is committed to providing an accessible and inclusive experience for all conference participants.

Visitor Parking

The Riverwoods Conference Center parking garage is free for attendees to use as long as you are not parking in the reserved spots. You can also park in front or back of Springhill Suites as it's all free.  There are handicap spots available in front of Springhill and Wasatch Property Management.

Mobility

All spaces used during the conference, including restrooms, are on a single floor (the main floor of the Conference Center). Each room has wheelchair accessible seating areas. If sitting for a long duration creates physical discomfort, attendees are invited to stand or move around as needed.

Hearing

If you need an American sign language interpreter or transcriber, please indicate this when you register for the conference. All presentations will be delivered through microphones and speakers using each room's sound system.

Vision

All presenters have been asked to provide electronic versions of any handouts, and these materials will be available upon request.

Nursing

There will be a room upstairs designated as a nursing room and accessible throughout the day.

Reflection Room

There will be a room upstairs designated as a reflection room and accessible throughout the day for anyone who would like a place for prayer, meditation, or reflection on the conference topics.
