Barns with a Past

A Cache Valley barn is reputed to have metal parts taken from wagons of the victims of the 1857 Mountain Meadows Massacre. This structure and 56 other barns are included in Historic Barns of Northern Utah: A Self-Guided Driving Tour. The book was produced by Utah State University’s Mountain West Center for Regional Studies in partnership with the Bear River Heritage Area.
