President Cockett Gives Her Final State of the University Address on March 27

Utah State University President Noelle E. Cockett will give the 2023 State of the University address at 3 p.m. on Monday, March 27, in the Eccles Conference Center Auditorium.

Students, faculty and staff are encouraged to attend in person. The address will also be broadcast on AggieCast and recorded for future viewing. A re-cap of the address and link to the recording will be provided in Utah State Today after the address.

President Cockett will highlight university accomplishments from the last year and provide an update on how the 2023 Utah legislative session affected USU.

Noelle E. Cockett is the 16th president of Utah State University and began her official tenure in January 2017. She previously served USU as executive vice president and provost, vice president for Extension, dean of the College of

Agriculture and Applied Sciences, and director of the Utah Agriculture Experiment Station. She has announced she will step down as president and return to the faculty on July 1, 2023.
