Samantha Campbell Named Interim Associate Vice President for USU Moab Campus

BLANDING, Utah – Utah State University has announced Samantha Campbell, the associate campus director at USU Moab, will become interim associate vice president for the Moab campus.
“Samantha brings heart, vision, and a deep understanding of the campus mission. I’m confident USU Moab will continue to grow and thrive under her leadership,” said Kristian Olsen, vice president for Statewide residential campuses. “For 14 years, Samantha has been a dedicated and dynamic presence, serving in a wide range of roles and earning deep respect from both the campus and the broader community.”
In addition to serving as associate campus director, Campbell is also the director of student services for the USU Moab campus. Known for leading with compassion, care and vision, Campbell has been instrumental in the growth of the Moab campus.
“Her leadership has been key in expanding access to higher education, especially in technical education and among the region’s growing Hispanic population,” Olsen said.
