Table Request Form

Tabling in the Taggart Student Center is limited to registered USUSA clubs and University Departments. Table spaces will be assigned on the first floor of the Taggart Student. Please note, your request will not be approved until you receive an email back confirming date, time and assignment of table location. Reserving a table space can only be done 14 days in advance for USUSA registered clubs or 10 days in advance for other University Departments.
