After a major renovation, this iconic dining and event space at Utah State University is welcoming guests back with stunning new interiors, an open kitchen, a coffee bar, and a beautiful veranda overlooking campus. Enjoy a chef-curated menu, elevated dining experiences, and the same spectacular views—perfect for morning coffee, business lunches, or special occasions.
Fuel-an-Aggie Food Truck has Returned
Well, USU, you made us an offer we couldn't refuse! After we announced our food truck closure for the summer, the messages, calls, and pleas poured in. We realized we just can't keep the food truck away from this amazing community. Open Tuesday - Thursday from 11am - 2pm.
