Our talented team of bakers starts early, producing thousands of fresh-baked goods every week for all of our campus dining locations and catering events. They handle everything from the everyday staples like sandwich bread and bagels to seasonal specialties and show-stopping desserts for large-scale events.
Whether it's a student grabbing a pastry on their way to class or a catered event featuring an elegant dessert display, chances are our bakery made it memorable. From flaky croissants at The Junction to fresh bagels at The Hub—and every cinnamon roll, cookie, and catered dessert in between—our bakery team crafts it all from scratch with care, consistency, and campus spirit.
