I have a number of Utah Women & Leadership Project (UWLP) announcements for December:
First, we are pleased to announce the release of a new white paper titled “Women’s Equality in Utah: Why Utah Is Ranked as the Worst State, and What Can Be Done.” This report was commissioned by Zions Bank and co-authored by Dr. Greg Madsen. Third, in partnership with Utah Public Radio, we have released a new podcast titled “Substance Use Disorders Among Utah Women.” In November of 2018, we published a research snapshot on this topic and, even though it is a few years old, it is such an important topic that we want to discuss some of the highlights in this podcast episode. I’m joined by Robbyn Scribner, lead researcher on the report.
