Dashboard: Perceptions on Gender Pay Gap

This dashboard is based upon the findings of Utah Women & Leadership Project statewide research studies conducted in 2023, 2024, and 2025 that relate to the work of A Bolder Way Forward. Each year through 2030, new data will be collected. The goal of these studies is to measure public perceptions related to the awareness, understanding, and attitudes around challenges that Utah women and girls face. This dashboard focuses on the four questions asked related to the Gender Pay Gap Spoke bold goals 5a, 5b, 5c, and 5d. The first graphic visualizes the agreement levels (perceptions) based on the 2025 fall survey. The Statistical Means & Perception Goals (second graphic) reflects 2023, 2024, and 2025 data, with goal targets for 2030.
