Monster Concert instructions for teachers

  1. Email youthconservatory@gmail.com to request a reference copy of the Monster Concert music.
  2. Register your students for Monster Concert by adding their information directly to the Monster Concert registration spreadsheet. 
  3. Pay the $10/student registration fee here, or send the payment link to participating parents for them to pay the fee directly. 
  4. Arrange for your students to purchase their own copy of the music. You can find the book information by clicking on the piece title listed on the repertoire information above. You can also purchase all Monster Concert music at The Book Table at 29 South Main in Logan.
  5. Participating students must attend T/W rehearsals on October 21 & 22. The detailed schedule is below. This rehearsal is mandatory in order to participate. Students should use the provided play-along tracks to ensure they are prepared for the rehearsals.
  6. Participating students must attend the final dress rehearsal on Saturday, October 25 at 10:00 am in the Daines Concert Hall.
  7. The concert will begin at 4:00 pm on Saturday, October 25. Students should arrive at the Concert Hall by 3:45 pm.
  8. Students will be let into the concert for free and without a ticket, but all others must purchase tickets in advance.

Dress Rehearsal Saturday, October 25 at 10 am in the Daines Concert Hall

Students should arrive in the Daines Concert Hall ready to go at 9:50 am. We will begin the dress rehearsal at 10:00 am sharp, and will run the entire concert in program order. Students may leave after they are done performing their piece.
