Free Flu Shot Clinic for Benefited Employees & Dependents

Flu shots are available to all Utah State University benefit eligible faculty and staff on two dates and at two locations.
Starting Tuesday, Oct. 16, flu shots are available from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Taggart Student Center Stevenson Ballroom. They are also available Thursday, Oct. 18, from noon to 5 p.m. at the Innovation Campus Space Dynamics Lab.
At the recommendation of the Center for Disease control, everyone over the age of 6 months is encouraged to protect themselves against the seasonal flu. The FluMist is an option for ages 2-49 (please fill out the flu mist questionnaire online (at the flu shot section), print and bring the document to the clinic session.
The clinic is organized by USU’s office of Human Resources, which encourages everyone to “Be Well.” Flu Shots are FREE to USU benefit-eligible employees and their eligible dependents.

Remember:
- Register yourself and ALL dependents
- Bring your BCBS insurance card to the Flu Shot Clinic
Those who are unable to come to the USU Flu Shot Clinic are welcome to go to a pharmacy within the provider’s network. A list of chain and independent pharmacies is online. Those going to a pharmacy should also take the BCBS insurance card. Shots given these providers are FREE.
