This will take you to the form use to create your committee.

This will take you to Degree Works where you will create your plan of courses. Your GPC will then submit it to the Graduate School.

This will take you to information about the IDP. Talk to your GPC about enrolling in the IDP Canvas course.

This will take you to the application for candidacy for a doctoral degree form. (PhD Students Only)

This will take you to the thesis project approval form. (Master's Students Only)

Annual Professional Development Plan
This will take you to the Annual Professional Development Plan form. Complete this with your committee.

Record of Comprehensive Exam
This will take you to the Comprehensive Exam form. Your GPC will send this around for signature after you complete your exams. Have your faculty advisor reach to the GPC after you have completed your exams.

Appointment for Exam
This will take you to the Appointment for exam form. This form sets up your defense date.
AFE


Record of Exam
Your GPC will submit this form after you have defended.
