What is a CRM?
A CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system helps organizations manage relationships, communication, and engagement with the people they serve. Utah State University has chosen the Salesforce Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
At USU, a CRM helps bring information and communication together, so students receive more coordinated support throughout their journey—from first interest to graduation and across their life.
What is OneUSU CRM?
OneUSU CRM is a university-wide initiative that helps Utah State University better engage, support, and communicate with students, alumni, and other members of the USU community. By bringing information, communication, and services together, OneUSU helps create a more connected experience across the university.
Why is USU implementing OneUSU CRM?
OneUSU helps reduce disconnected systems and processes, improve collaboration, strengthen communication, and provide better support throughout the student journey.
Why was Salesforce selected as the CRM?
Following a multi-year evaluation of university needs and available solutions, Salesforce was selected for its flexibility, scalability, security, and ability to support a connected experience across multiple areas of the university.
