Project Status
The OneUSU CRM project is progressing at a healthy pace, with work underway across all project phases.
Currently, Phase 3 is underway, building out Advancement-related aspects of the project. Advancement will go live on October 8th, 2026.
The Student Success phase is currently focused on research to determine the best path forward for adopting Salesforce in this area. The University is taking a USU-first approach by reexamining Student Success priorities and defining the values and aspirations that will drive greater success for our learners.
