ETE Professional Development Pathway
Welcome to USU’s Professional Development Pathways program, an initiative designed to empower teaching excellence.
Whether you're new to academia or an experienced instructor, the Pathways program connects you to essential resources to enhance your teaching.
The ETE team is here to support you throughout your pedagogical journey.
How Pathways Works
The Pathways program promotes continued professional development through recognizing your attendance at teaching-related workshops, conferences, seminars, and individualized consultations.
After participating in professional development activities, you can submit reflections, pedagogical items, and even peer-reviewed publications to earn digital badges.
These badges track your progress in a three-tier framework that supports your growth as an instructor, and they lead to teaching certificates and micro-credentials that you can include on your CV and in a tenure and promotion dossier.
