Event cleanup is a terrific fundraising opportunity for local groups. These groups service the Maverick Stadium, the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum, and the Wayne Estes Center. If you are a sports or dance team, scouting troop, youth group, a community or university club, or any other organization, this could be the perfect activity for you!
Get Involved
To get your club, team, or community group involved with our Cleanup Group program, follow these steps:
- Ensure you have the minimum number of people, 14 years or older, available to participate
- Review the Cleaning Agreement and complete the Group Cleanup Contact Form (this adds you to the email notification list)
- Check your designated email regularly for cleaning opportunities
- Sign-up for an available opportunity (act fast, they go quickly)
- Submit the required payment documentation (must be submitted before the cleanup begins)
- W-9 tax form for non-university groups
- Index Number for university groups
- Show up with the required amount of people (feel free to bring more) and knock your fundraiser out of the park!
