Congratulations

Congratulations on receiving an award offer from Utah State University!

Scholarships are accepted in three primary ways. 

  1. Institutional Awards (i.e. academic, involvement, legacy, need-based, etc) for new incoming undergraduate students are accepted through the Enrollment Confirmation process. When a student confirms their enrollment, the award is automatically accepted.
  2. College and Departmental awards (donor funded awards) are traditionally accepted in the USU Scholarship Portal.
  3. In some unique situations, students accept their award through an online portal (ServiceNow). These awards can be accepted by clicking 'Accept your Award' below. Only students who were notified to come to this website (usu.edu/accept) need to login to the portal below to accept their award.
Accept Your Award

You will need your A# and password to log in and accept your award. You must be accepted to USU and have received your A# before you can log in. If you don’t know your A# or password, please proceed with the acceptance and more instructions will be provided.

Students who have already accepted their award can view the terms and conditions of their award by logging in to ServiceNow and clicking on ‘USU Scholarship Acceptance’.
