Individuals outside the USA interested in applying for a Fulbright Visiting Scholar Program award need to refer to the Fulbright program information for applicants from their home country. See the section “Country-Specific Information” on the Fulbright Visiting Scholar Program website for details. The process varies slightly with each commission.
