Room Change Instructions
Students who have a current room assignment for the 2024-25 academic year, can make changes to their existing room assignment to any available room on campus from May 2 to August 16, BASED ON AVAILABILITY. Room availability will change frequently and be ongoing through the summer. If you do not see anything you want now, check back later.

View The Availability of Bed Spaces

Move to a New Room
From here, you can navigate to the building and unit you'd like to move to. The overhead view of the unit shows red and green bed icons. Red beds are occupied, green beds are available to select. Clicking on a red bed will show information about the student occupying that spot.
Click on a green bed icon to change your current booking to that new space. A 5-minute timer will start to complete the rest of the room change process.

Review and Finish
Click on the Next Step at the bottom of the page. You will see an overview of the changes you are about to make. Any changes to meal plans will also be indicated here.
Click “Finish” and you’re done!
