Frequently Asked Questions

1

Do you have a waiting list?

We do not keep a waiting list for specific buildings or room types. However, beginning April 1, the contract sign-up process transitions to a campus-wide waitlist system. Spaces are offered as they become available until move-ins.
2

I want to move to a different building/room. Can I do that?

You can change your room and/or building booking through our online room change process, after the room selection process. You will be able to check the real-time room availability 24/7. If there is a space you want you will log into the housing portal and make the change. It’s that easy!
3

How do I choose or find out who my roommates are?

During room selection, you will be able to view the name, email address, age, and answers to the lifestyle questions asked during the sign up process, of potential roommate(s) and they can view yours. If you have a friend(s) you’d like to room with, sign up at the same time and choose the same building. The date and time you are able to select your room is based on the date you complete the sign up process. Once room selection takes place you will be able to view roommates by logging into the housing portal and clicking the “View Roommate(s) Info” button. Roommate(s) can change depending on room changes and cancellations.
4

How and when do I pay my housing deposit?

As a current resident signing up to live on campus again, your $200 housing deposit will rollover from your previous contract. You will be asked to pay the $75 contract fee during the sign-up process.  If you are able to obtain a housing application during the application request window (Feb. 13), you will pay the contract fee during your corresponding building/ room selection window.
5

Can I get my deposit back?

If you submit the online cancellation petition by April 15, 2026, you will receive a refund of the $200 security/reservation fee. If you cancel between April 16 and June 15, your deposit is forfeited but you are released from your contract.
