Day on the Quad Vendor Policy and Guidelines

Day on the Quad Event will be held on September 2nd, 2026 from 10AM- 3PM

Payment

   On Campus Groups

  • As a club or organization within Utah State University, the first 10’ x 10’ booth is free
    • To register an additional space will cost $300.00
    • Payment deadline is Wednesday, September 2, 2026
    • On-Campus organizations/departments are NOT allowed to reserve a space for any off-Campus business or organizations

    Off- Campus Vendors

  • All off-Campus vendors are required to pay the $300.00 registration fee
    • Must register to be pre-approved before the day of the event
    • Additional spaces will not be available day of the event
    • All fees are non-refundable

We accept credit cards as the form of payment, we DO NOT accept cash or checks. Please submit your payment online at the time of registration.

Parking

  • You will be responsible for all parking expenses
    • If you need to park a trailer, you are responsible to get permission and a parking pass from USU Parking

Visitor Parking Info

Check-in

  • Check-in is on Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at 8:00 AM
  • You will be assigned a check-in time based on the location of your booth
    • If you have not checked in by 10:00 AM, your table will be given away

Set-up


  • You will be assigned a specific space for your club/organization’s booth
  • Provided will be one 8ft table and two chairs
  • You will not be allowed to relocate to a different space
  • No electricity is available on the Quad
    • Generators are not allowed 
  • Day on the Quad will happen rain or shine 
    • Pop up tents will not be provided 

Load-In

  • If possible, please park in designated visitor areas and walk your supplies to your booth location
  • If you require additional assistance, the load-in location will be in the Quad drop-off area (400 North) on the East side of the Quad, by the Agriculture building
    • There is a one load limit
    • Plan on at least two individuals in your party helping with check-in 
      • One person will go with the load to the booth location, the other person to check in and park the vehicle
      • You cannot park your car and leave it, so plan accordingly
      • Please visit the parking section for the parking details

Clean Up & Load-out

  • You will be responsible to remove all materials and trash from your booth area
    • Fold up your table and chairs and return them to the designated location
  • Leave your space clean and in the same condition you found it 
  • You will be responsible for transporting your materials from the Quad to your vehicle

Selling Food/Merchandise

  • If you plan on selling food or merchandise, you will mark that in your registration and be prompted to fill in the Special Event Permit tax information
    • We will be turning this information into the State of Utah so be sure to record sales accordingly.
  • Food trucks are the exception as they are considered a licensed business 
  • Food Trucks will not need a Special Event Permit

Food and Drinks Regulations

   Food

  • If you plan on serving food at your booth, a temporary food permit is required
  • Permits are available through the Bear River Health Department (435-792-6570)

   Drinks

  • Utah State University is a Coca-Cola only institution
  • Only Coca-Cola beverages (including water, energy drinks, & juice) may be sold, distributed, sampled, advertised, or promoted on campus
  • If you have additional questions regarding Coca-Cola products or to approve other products, please contact Dining and Food Services at 435-797-1017

Failure to comply with all of the above policies could result in removal from the Utah State University Day on the Quad event.
