USUSA employs a competent, educated attorney that can advise students on any legal matter.


Free legal advice is provided to USU Logan students by the USU Student Association (USUSA) through the Logan Campus Vice President’s office. The Legal Aid Representative can only provide legal advice. 

USUSA employs a competent, educated attorney that can advise students on any legal matter. Meetings with the attorney are made by appointment through the Student Involvement and Leadership Center in TSC 326 or by calling (435) 797-2912. We schedule legal aid appointments during normal business hours; however, same-day appointments must be scheduled by 12:00 p.m., and any requests received after that time will be scheduled for the following Monday. After Spring Semesters' final week, there are no in-person appointments till the next fall semester. 

Appointments can be made for Monday evenings between 4:30–8pm and usually last 20 minutes. All appointments take place in TSC 325 and are confidential.
