USUSA Traditions Committee Sponsored Events

Each year, the Traditions Committee plays an integral part in USU's Homecoming week events.

Join us on the first Monday of Homecoming week at the TSC Bus Loop as we paint the street in Aggie Blue and Fighting White! Clubs and organizations will create individual paintings to showcase their spirit and creativity.
To participate, register your organization at usu.edu/involvement/links

Each year, representatives from the colleges and organizations across campus will perform a group dance, share their talent, and dress to impress in the formal wear and questionnaire section!

Holiday Week is an annual celebration leading up to the end of the semester and final exams. It’s packed with festive events and brings the campus together with activities like the Yule Ball, Holiday Hunt, and more. Holiday Week is the perfect way to wrap up the semester with joy and camaraderie.

Traditions Week takes place early in the spring semester and celebrates some of our most cherished campus traditions. The week kicks off with Poetry and a Beverage and wraps up with our highly anticipated Casino Night. Throughout the week, students can take part in events like High Stakes Bingo and the Sweater Swap. Students can stay updated with these events on our Instagram and MyUSU page.

The awards memorialize the name of the campus hero, Bill Robins. As the initial visionary of the Taggart Student Center, he demonstrated his strong leadership ability. Its existence today is due, in part, to his pioneering efforts. The name of Bill Robins has stood through the passing years as a symbol of the best youth has to offer. The Robins Awards Ceremony has grown to include several other awards for student achievements and excellence, and has become an honored tradition at Utah State University.
