Due to COVID-19, the student ticketing process has changed for the 2020-2021 academic year. Because there will be limited seating capacity throughout the stadium, students must reserve a ticket through ServiceNow prior to arriving at the game. If a student is able to reserve a ticket, their A-number will be entered into the card scanner system and they will be able to swipe their Student ID card at the stadium for entry. To avoid lines and congregating at the student entrances, please arrive at your arrival time listed below.
- Face coverings are required and must be worn over the mouth AND nose. Failure to comply will result in dismissal from the stadium and being blocked from admittance to future games.
- The student section at Maverik Stadium will be configured in pods of 2 to 6 seats that will be designated by seat markings. Students will only be allowed to access every other row within each section. Students may be asked to leave the game if social distancing protocols are not maintained throughout the game.
- Once students have found a seat they'll be required to scan the QR code located on the sticker at their seat and fill out a form with their name, A-number, and seat location (section and seat number). A-numbers of students who claim a ticket will be matched with the A-numbers of students who submit the form.
- If a student claims a ticket but does not submit a form denoting their location in the stadium, their A-number will be blocked from claiming any future tickets during the 2020-2021 academic year. This includes men's basketball games.
- For Saturday games (Oct. 31 & Nov. 14), student tickets will be available for reservation beginning at 8 a.m. the Monday prior to the game (Oct. 26 & Nov. 9).
- For Thursday games (Nov. 26 & Dec. 3), student tickets will be available for reservation beginning at 8 a.m. the Thursday prior to the game (Nov. 19 & Nov. 26)
- Students who are able to claim a ticket for a game will not be able to reserve a ticket for another game unless there are unclaimed tickets available on the Thursday (for Saturday games) or Tuesday ( for Thursday games) prior to the game. This is to provide as many different students as possible the opportunity to attend a home football game this fall.
- Unclaimed tickets will become available to ALL students on Thursday morning at 8 a.m. for Saturday games and on Tuesday morning at 8 a.m. for Thursday games.
- The deadline to claim student tickets is Friday at 5 p.m. for Saturday games and Wednesday at 5 p.m. for Thursday games.
- If for some reason a student is unable to attend the game after claiming a reserved spot, there is an option in ServiceNow for that student to return their ticket. That ticket can then be claimed by another student and the student who returned the ticket will be cleared to reserve a ticket to a future game.

Due to COVID-19, the student ticketing process has changed for the 2020-2021 academic year. Because there will be limited seating capacity throughout the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum, students must reserve a ticket through ServiceNow prior to arriving at the game. If a student is able to reserve a ticket, their A-number will be entered into the card scanner system and they will be able to swipe their Student ID card at the south and east entrances to gain entry. To avoid lines and congregating at the student entrances, please arrive at your arrival time listed below.
- Face coverings are required and must be worn over the mouth AND nose. Failure to comply will result in dismissal from the stadium and being blocked from admittance to future games.
- The student section at the Spectrum will be configured in pods of 2 to 6 seats that will be designated by seat markings. Students will only be allowed to access every other row within each section. Students may be asked to leave the game if social distancing and face-covering protocols are not maintained throughout the event. As concessions will not be open for basketball, eating and drinking during the game will not be a valid excuse for face-covering removal as outside food and drink is not allowed in the venue.
- Once students have found a seat they are required to scan the QR code located on the sticker at their seat and fill out a form with their name, A-number, and seat location (section and seat number). A-numbers of students who claim a ticket will be matched with the A-numbers of students who submit the form. MAKE SURE YOU SUBMIT YOUR CORRECT AND FULL A-NUMBER TO AVOID ANY ISSUES RESERVING FUTURE TICKETS.
- If a student claims a ticket but does not submit a form denoting their location in the stadium, their A-number will be blocked from claiming any future tickets during the 2020-2021 academic year.
- For Saturday games, student tickets will (usually) be available for reservation beginning at 8 a.m. the Monday prior to the game.
- For weekday games, student tickets will (usually) be available for reservation beginning at 8 a.m. five days prior to the game day. For example, if a game is scheduled for Wednesday, tickets will be available for reservation on the preceding Friday at 8 a.m.
- Students who are able to claim a ticket for a game will not be able to reserve a ticket for another game unless there are unclaimed tickets available on the Thursday at 8 a.m. (for Saturday games) or two days before game day for weekday games (i.e. Monday at 8 a.m. for Wednesday games). This is to provide as many different students as possible the opportunity to attend a men's basketball game this fall.
- The deadline to claim student tickets is Friday at 5 p.m. for Saturday games and the day before the game at 5 p.m. (i.e. Tuesday at 5 p.m. for a Wednesday game) for weekday games.
- If for some reason a student is unable to attend the game after claiming a reserved spot, there is an option in ServiceNow for that student to return their ticket. That ticket can then be claimed by another student and the student who returned the ticket will be cleared to reserve a ticket to a future game.
