Gen Z: What’s Not to like? Understanding the new generation of learners and how to unlock their potential
Gen Z will most likely not remember a time before smartphones and social media. They gravitate towards 10 to 15 seconds worth of content (thanks TikTok) and were forced to be online learners (thanks pandemic). This Sparkshop will identify characteristics of Gen Z and explore teaching strategies to increase engagement.
