USU's Office of Student Retention & Completion Launches New Website

Students at Utah State University have a new resource as they navigate the challenges of completing their degrees. A new website at thrive.usu.edu provides resources, student benchmarks and ideas to help students persist in their educational and personal goals. The site also contains a resource page for faculty, advisors and staff who are focused on helping students.

In addition to pages of resources tailored to students from their freshman through senior years, the website is home to a new set of videos produced with a grant from USHE. The encouraging videos and short clips feature students and alumni of Utah State University from a variety of backgrounds sharing their personal educational experiences.

“Students come to USU with hopes and a desire to succeed,” said Vice President of Student Affairs James Morales. “Being part of the Aggie Family means that students have people who will support them. This website provides students with access to many resources, stories of hope and specific benchmarks to help them succeed.”

To celebrate the website launch, bookmarks and stickers displaying the site address will be available around the Logan campus from October 16 through the 18 (M-W). Digital billboards across campus will also display details about thrive.usu.edu to inform and remind students to check out the new website.
