USU Dining Services Honors Administrative Professionals Day with Lunch
USU’s Skyroom Restaurant hosts a special lunch with prizes April 25 for Administrative Professionals Day.
USU Dining Services congratulates and celebrates those being honored with a lunch that runs from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Employers can treat their staff to a full buffet featuring prime rib, fried shrimp and mashed potatoes with gravy. Soup, salad bar, rolls and desserts are also included.
In addition to the meal, all honorees are eligible for gift drawing, including prizes from Studio K, Kohl’s, USU Health Services, Bluebird Chocolates and a pearl earring and necklace set from the Diamond Gallery.
Seating is limited and reservations are encouraged.
“We want to show our appreciation of the administrative professionals of Utah State University and by bringing your employees to lunch you can help us express our appreciation,” said Anthony Linton, Skyroom Restaurant manager. “Join us at the Skyroom to celebrate Administrative Professionals Day.”
USU’s Dining Services uses activities such as Administrative Professionals Day to further its mission — Creating an Excellent College Experience.
“We want all of campus — students, faculty and staff — to enjoy the environment on campus and that includes dining,” said Assistant Director Jaime Bradford.
Enhancements to USU Dining Services include extended hours at the HUB, which is now open until 5 p.m. in the Taggart Student Center. The “Be Well” food options continue and provide healthier eating options and tips for maintaining health. Dining Services has also partnered with the Utah State Sustainability Committee in order to reduce the waste impact on the environment and give back to the beauty of Cache Valley.
“We want to make dining services a positive impact in all aspects,” Bradford said. “We want to create a culture where people feel welcome.”
The Skyroom Restaurant is located on the fourth floor of the Taggart Student Center is and is open, in addition to the special April 25 lunch, Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
