USU's Aggie Creamery Celebrates President Cantwell's Investiture With Special Ice Cream Flavor

To celebrate the presidential investiture, the Aggie Creamery helped USU’s President Elizabeth Cantwell develop a special ice cream flavor that’s all her own.
They approached the president and worked with her to develop the flavor and ingredients. The final combination, named President’s Choice, is the newest addition to Aggie Ice Cream’s catalog of flavors.
The ice cream features a vanilla base with a cranberry swirl, along with almonds and chocolate bits. Currently, this is a limited-time offering with about 30 gallons available after the event for the Aggie community to try at Aggie Ice Cream.
