Good morning! I have several Utah Women & Leadership Project (UWLP) announcements for July:  

First, I am pleased to announce the recent release of a research brief titled “The Status of Women Leaders in Public Education (K–12): A 2026 Update” (Thanks to my coauthors Jamie Faux and Corinne Clarkson). A few weeks ago, we also released a foundational white paper that I solo authored titled “The Roots of Sexual Violence In Utah: A Framework for Understanding Harm.” This report introduces the Utah Sexual Violence Pyramid, a statewide framework explaining how harm develops, escalates, and becomes normalized. 

Second, we have several new resources to highlight this month:  

• UWLP Podcast Episodes (with Utah Public Radio): Utah Women and Political and Civic Representation, Male Allyship, and Women in Skilled Trades.
• Research Summaries: Child Sexual Abuse: What Utahns Need to Know, Sexual Harassment: What Utahns Need to Know, Single Mothers: What Utahns Need to Know, Childcare: What Utahns Need to Know, Maternal Mental Health: What Utahns Need to Know, and Male Allyship: What Utahns Need to Know.
