Good morning! I have several Utah Women & Leadership Project (UWLP) announcements for March:

First, I am pleased to announce the release of a new research white paper titled “Women, Finance, & Education 2025: Utahns’ Awareness, Understanding, and Attitudes.” This is the fourth of five white papers being released that share the results of our UWLP 2025 statewide fall study. This one focuses on what Utahns think about finance, higher education attainment, and K-12 initiatives. Additionally, a few weeks ago we released a new research and policy brief titled “The Status of Women in Utah Politics: A 2026 Update.”

Second, RSVP for the A Bolder Way Forward: Quarterly Impact Forum on April 6 to hear updates on new and emerging resources, recent research findings, and inspiring progress happening across the BWF movement.

Third, we have a few resources to highlight this month:

• UWLP Podcast Episodes (with Utah Public Radio): New Research: Childcare, Pre-K Programs, and Organizational Strategies and Workplace Culture, Utah Women in the Workplace: Entrepreneurship and Workforce Development, and Utah Women in the Workplace: Gender Pay Gap & Sexual Harassment and Gender-Based Discrimination
• Community Calendar: View our community calendar for all events in Utah for girls and women.
• Boards & Commissions: Utah women can engage in community leadership by serving on statewide and local government boards, commissions, and committees, and this recently updated webpage helps you get started.
• Programs for Girls/Young Women: We wanted to make you aware of our page that lists programs specifically for girls and young women (K-12), which includes summer camps for girls and young women.
