Engineers Without Borders is fundraising for their sustainable engineering projects in Mexico and Peru! We apply the engineering skills that we learn in class to real world problems like access to clean water and sustainable infrastructure. Please join us for a 5K run on the beautiful USU Logan campus. Race starts at 9 am. Registration online through the EWB USU portal on usu.edu or at the event. T-shirt included with registration fee.

Climb through the EcoSystem from the bedrock all the way to the uplands. Our indoor climbing wall is fun for all ages. We supply the harness and ask that you come with shoes having covered toes.

Utah State University 1st Annual Soapbox Derby In light of the success of past events in coordination with the City of North Logan, Utah State University’s American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) has decided to host a new annual competition in North Logan: a Soapbox Derby. This event will draw competitors from local high schools, the university, and the community. Our aim with this new competition is to inspire those within, as well as those without the university to think creatively and put general engineering concepts into practice. The competition will be held at Green Canyon/1900N in North Logan on Saturday, April 22, 2017 at 1pm. Open to the Public!

Fundraiser / Applied Sciences, Technology & Education

The USU Flight Team is holding their annual Hangar Hop at the Logan airport! Come to a 1940s-themed big band swing dance in the Utah State hangar. There will be a live band and dancing. Refreshments will be provided. An historic Texan T-6 WW2 trainer aircraft from the Utah Warbirds will be available for pictures, as well as for flights earlier in the day. Come dance under the 60-foot parachute! Dance instruction will be available.
