Approvals

While designs can be approved within the Utah State Canva account, the university's artwork review process must be used to approve all designs created in Canva.

The approval process in Canva does not include feedback or review from deans, vice presidents, department heads, or college marketing and communications teams. The university artwork review request ensures that all relevant parties are involved in reviewing the designs created to represent their departments and divisions.
