Faculty & Staff Accounts

We are currently transitioning from Canva Teams to Canva Enterprise. During this transition, new user access will be temporarily paused. Thanks for your patience during this transition.

USU’s Canva Enterprise account will cover a set number of licenses and is not available to every faculty/staff member. In collaboration with leaders of each university department/unit, Canva will operate under shared governance with each of the units. Each unit listed will have designated approvers for access and artwork. 

Each unit is allotted a designated number of seats that have been calculated by the number of employees, sub-brands, and overall business need. If a unit exceeds its license allocation, units may elect to pay for individual licenses at a discounted rate while still accessing the Enterprise account to utilize USU’s brand kit, templates and premium features.

Note: Individuals who create a Canva account with their usu.edu email aren't automatically granted access to USU's Enterprise account and features. To gain access to USU's brand kits, fonts, templates, and other features, they must request access through ServiceNow (coming soon) and be approved by their unit's access approver.
