Canva Pro is automatically available to every USU student through single sign-on with your USU student e-mail. No request forms, no waiting. Use the button below to access premium templates, photos, videos, and Canva's design tools for coursework, clubs, and personal projects.

Access Canva Pro for Students

If you're paying for Canva Pro or Canva Teams on your own: You may be able to get a refund for the unused portion of your subscription once you're set up on the USU's account. Submit a request through Canva Support and mention that you're transitioning to Utah State's Canva Enterprise organization. 

If you need to transfer files from another account: Canva's guide on copying designs or files to another team or account walks you through moving your designs, files, images, and folders. This function is only applicable to user accounts that are using the same email address. 

If you're a graduating student: Your Canva account is tied to your USU email, so plan ahead. Canva's guide on copying designs before graduating walks you through saving your work to a personal account before you lose access to your USU login.
