Soul Food: 1940s Night in Harlem

Soul Food is the continuation of long-standing traditions initiated by USU’s Black Student
Union to honor the rich traditions of Black cuisine and culture, dating back to at least 1971. Center for Community is honored to collaborate with Black Student Union to have Soul Food as the grand finale of this year's Black History Month celebrations. This year’s theme, “1940’s Night in Harlem,” brings the spirit of the Harlem Renaissance to life through food, art, and live performance. Dress to impress! Arrive early to explore cultural and educational displays before the program begins.
