Interfolio Case Setup: Candidate Instructions

The following steps address how to access and view your case in Interfolio. Much of the text in this section is adopted from the Interfolio help guides at http://product-help.interfolio.com/.

Access Your Case Packet

You can access your case at any time by going to https://dossier.usu.edu (or https://interfolio.usu.edu) and logging in with your A-number and password. Otherwise, an email will be sent to you notifying you when a case is ready to edit. In the email:

Select the View Case link in the email

This link will redirect you to the interfolio sign-in page.

If you accidentally choose the Interfolio Dossier option, you can switch back to the Utah State University account by clicking on your name in the upper-right corner of the screen and choosing Utah State University under the Switch Accounts heading. (Note that your Interfolio Dossier account is where you can manage your own private collection of files that are not visible to others.)

View Your Packet

You can view your packet once you've logged into your USU Interfolio account:

1

Select Your Packets in the left-hand navigation

Click Your Packets link to see your packet.

2

Click on your case to view it

An overview page will then appear, listing the requirements of your packet. Your packet is divided into sections according to the categories in your role statement.

If your sections don't match your role statement, check with your college dossier administrator (CDA), who can add or remove sections.
