Qualifications For Scholarship
Thanks to the generosity of the Clark & Christine Ivory Foundation, the Ivory Foundation Completion Scholarship helps former USU bachelor's students return and complete their degree by providing financial support for tuition and fees.
Eligibility
- Returning to school after a break of at least 2 years
- Within 30 credits of completing their degree
- Committed to finishing within 18 months
Consider a Completion Degree
Returning to college after a break can come with challenges—your original major may no longer be available, or new requirements could extend your time to graduation. A completion degree, like the Integrated Studies BS, offers a flexible path to finishing your degree while maximizing the credits you've already earned.
Application ProcessEligible individuals will be contacted by the university and instructed on the following process:
- Meet with your academic advisor. Schedule a meeting with Madison Rasmuson to explore your options and get connected to resources.
- Apply for readmission. Visit applynow.usu.edu. No need to reapply if attended USU in the last nine semesters. Contact your admissions specialist if you have questions.
- Complete the USU General Scholarship Application - Answer "yes" to "Are you considered a non-traditional student?" to access the Ivory Foundation application.
Apply for the Ivory Foundation Completion Scholarship
- Apply for FAFSA to maximize your funding.
- Register for classes based on your personalized Ivory Scholarship completion plan.
To qualify for this scholarship, students must have an active academic plan (DegreeWorks) to graduation, be admitted to USU, and register.
