- Discrimination or harassment based on: race, color, religion, gender (including identity or expression), age, national origin, marital status, pregnancy status, veteran status, sexual orientation
- Theft
- Embezzlement
- Contract manipulation
- Records malfeasance
- Improper financial transactions
- Non-emergency crime
- Campus safety
- First reports of injury for Worker’s Compensation
- Vehicle accidents
- Property losses
- Building security incidents
- Other risk-related incidents
- Student conduct violations
- Academic integrity violations
- Students of concern
- Student academic achievement alert
- Dismissal,
- Pay reduction,
- Failure to increase compensation by an amount that the individual was promised or otherwise entitled to,
- Failure to promote if the employee would have otherwise been promoted,
- Threatening to take any of the listed retaliatory actions.
