Jess Olson is responsible for analyzing the data that passes through the Office of Equity and reporting it in a digestible format to key stakeholders. She loves how her job helps to bring about positive change and is proud to play a part in ensuring USU is an inclusive, diverse, and uplifting community.  Jess enjoys reading, gaming, and spending time outside with her family.
