Fall Semester 2025

Your housing contract begins on Saturday, August 23, 2025. However, if you are participating in Connections or need to arrive earlier for any other reason, you may check in beginning Saturday, August 16, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at no extra charge. If you have a meal plan, you will be able to use it beginning with dinner on Saturday, August 16, also at no additional cost.

In an effort to make your move-in as smooth as possible, we are asking that you sign up for an arrival date and time that works best for you. This is not required, but is strongly encouraged as it will help to minimize congestion. There are area-specific times available from Saturday, August 16 through Sunday, August 24, with fall semester classes beginning Monday, August 25, 2025. Each time slot can accommodate multiple students and will be your designated arrival time to begin the move-in process and pick up your key. You do not need to finish moving in during this time, but you should arrive and begin the check-in process during this time. To complete the signup, simply log into the housing portal by clicking on the gray "Resident Login" button located in the top right of this page. Once you are logged in, choose the "Select Arrival Date/Time" button. If you need to change your time once you have chosen it, simply follow these steps again, release your original time and choose a new one!

Also, make sure to complete the online pre-check-in process that will be available on the housing portal beginning August 4. You will complete and electronically sign forms and other documents. These electronic documents will need to be signed before you can move in.  

NOTE: We cannot accommodate requests for move-ins before August 16 to allow time for room preparation after summer semester ends. Please make your travel and arrival plans accordingly.

Living Learning Community

  • Buildings A–F

Residential meal plans will be active starting August 16. Please refer to Dining Services hours of operation information.

Blue Square

  • Buildings A–C

Check in at the Blue Square Building A Area Office.

Darwin Apartments

  • Buildings 655, 685, 695, and Landing

Central Campus

  • Canyon Crest Suites

Check in at the Area Office located on the first floor of Canyon Crest Suites Check-in Map.

  • Central Suites

  • Richards and Bullen Halls

Check-ins will take place in the grassy area in front of Richards Hall, on weekends from 10am to 5pm. Outside of those hours, please check in at the area office located inside of Richards Hall.

Student Living Center

  • Davis, Morgan, Lundstrom, Rich, Jones, San Juan, Wasatch, Summit and Snow Halls
