Move-in and Move-out Information
- End of Spring Move-outs/Summer Move-ins: Spring semester on-campus residents will move from their current spring semester space to their summer semester space on the same day: Saturday, May 2, 2026, from 12 noon to 4 pm.
- End of Summer Move-outs/Fall Move-ins: Residents who have contracts to live on campus for the 2026-2027 academic year will remain in their summer spaces until their designated move day to their fall semester space.
- Residents moving to a building that is not occupied by summer students will move on Monday, August 17, 2026 from 4-9 pm.
- Residents who will be in a building occupied by summer students will move on Wednesday, August 19, 2026 from 4-9 pm
- End of Summer Move-outs (with No Fall Contract): Summer residents who DO NOT have a contract to live on campus for 2026-2027, will need to move out by 12 noon on Wednesday, August 12, 2026. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
2026 Summer Student Rates
Rates include electricity, gas, water, sewer, trash disposal, and Internet access. Aggie Cable TV is only available at Blue Square. Please note the footnotes included in the rate tables below, as they indicate which buildings have air conditioning and where. Meal Plans are not offered for summer semester.
Summer residents receive the same features and amenities included in their rent as academic year residents. The rates listed below are for the entire specified contract period. Residents will pay the listed rate regardless of the length of time they occupy the apartment. Rates will not be prorated. Your summer semester contract begins on Saturday, May 2, 2026, with check-ins from Noon to 4 pm, unless you select the second summer session.
Summer semester 2026 housing payment is due, along with tuition and fees, on April 23, 2026. The cancellation date for summer semester is April 15, 2026, to receive a refund of the $200 security deposit. After this date, contract termination requirements must be met.
