The FranklinCovey All Access Pass provides unlimited access to all the best-in-class content and solutions. With this membership you will be able to attend any of the live training sessions we offered throughout the year and get access to all the self-paced courses online. The pass for the 26-27 fiscal year pass is valid from September 1, 2026 - August 31, 2027. The pass is $185 per seat.

Trust & Inspire: How Truly Great Leaders Unleash Greatness in Others equips leaders with a modern, human-centered approach that creates the conditions for people to do their best work by embracing five fundamental beliefs about people and performance, and practicing three everyday stewardships. Modeling, Trusting, and Inspiring leaders grow people, unlock genuine commitment, and deliver measurable results. People don't want to be managed; they want to be led.
