How to Request a Live Retreat/Training
Before a specialist facilitates your session, we need to collect some information from you to better understand your team's needs.

Timeline Expectations
To ensure quality and fit for your retreat, please review the timeline expectations for retreat requests:
As soon as you are aware of your retreat
- Submit request
Within 1 week of request submission
- A member of our team will respond to your request to set up a brief consultation meeting
Prior to your retreat
- Meet with a member of our team to set specific goals and objectives, clarify logistics, and assign a specialist best suited to facilitate your request
- Complete any pre-work assigned to leader and/or team prior to the retreat
Retreat
- Attend Retreat
Post-Retreat
- Team members will complete an anonymous and brief feedback form on the retreat for continuous improvement

Please note that demand for live retreats and trainings may exceed our team's capacity during certain periods of the year. While we are unable to guarantee approval for every request, we will do our best to partner with teams to identify meaningful development opportunities. Priority may be given to requests that align with USU's strategic priorities, are submitted early, and/or come from teams that have not recently participated in a live retreat or training offering.
