Admissions Pathways & Engagement

The Admissions office is responsible for guiding prospective students through the application process, and providing information about academic programs, campus life and admissions requirements through campus visits and outreach. They offer various pathways to admission and unforgettable events to allow students to decide to make USU their home.

Undergraduate Recruitment focuses on attracting and engaging prospective students by providing information about academic programs, campus life, and financial aid. The team works to connect with future Aggies and help them navigate the admissions process to make informed decisions about joining the USU community.

Orientation & Transition Services

The Orientation office helps new students transition smoothly into university life by providing essential resources, guidance, and support. Through various programs and activities, the office introduces incoming students to campus culture, academic expectations, and student services, ensuring they are well-prepared for a successful college experience.

Student Financial
Support

Student Financial Support offers services to help students pay for school. Our main goal is to help students understand costs and make college affordable. We explain federal, state, and school financial aid programs and provide one-on-one financial coaching to guide students through the process.

Enrollment Strategy & Innovation uses data, technology, and innovative strategies to enhance the enrollment experience. We streamline processes, align marketing and systems, and use analytics to create a seamless journey from inquiry to enrollment, supporting access, excellence, and student success.
