Campus Tours

Where do you want to tour?

Daily Campus Tours

This is the closest you will get to being an Aggie without actually being an Aggie. Our university ambassadors will personally escort you around campus, answer questions, and treat you to Aggie Ice Cream. Campus tours last 1 hour and 30 minutes, but we welcome you to spend the day! Parking validation is provided.

Campus tours begin in the Taggart Student Center Big Blue Room, 229. We ask that you only bring two guests per student. You must register at least 2 days in advance, walk-in registrations will not be accepted at this time.

  • During the school year (September-April), we offer tours Monday-Friday at 10:00am and 2:00pm, as well as on select Saturdays at 10:00am. Summer tours (May-August) are offered Monday-Friday at 10:00am.
  • If you need any accommodations during your tour, please contact our Campus Tour Coordinator.

Accomodations

  • On-Campus Housing & Dining - Join us for an info session to learn about on-campus housing options, meal plans, and when to sign up. Lunch is on us! Sign up through your campus tour registration. Presentations are daily at 11:45am.

Other Ways to Tour

While you are on campus, personalize your visit by meeting with representatives from one of our various academic colleges, giving you the opportunity to explore majors and areas of study you may want to pursue.

School group tours are limited and scheduled depending on available resources and space.
  • High School group tours are only offered during the school year (September-April), and must be requested at least 3 weeks in advance. View available dates and submit a request early.
  • Come on our new “Aggie Explorer” Tours designed for 5th-8th graders. On these tours, elementary and middle school groups can expect an age-appropriate College 101 presentation, an interactive campus tour, and a deep dive in an academic area, all geared to introduce students to the college experience and the benefits of a college education in a fun and engaging way. There is limited availability, so submit a request early.

Can’t make it to our guided tour? No worries! Explore Utah State with our self-guided tour where you’ll be able to discover our breath-taking campus at your own pace.

For students who've already earned a bachelor's degree and are pursuing a master's or doctoral program, register for a graduate student campus tour.

Make it a convenient and fun trip by staying overnight at our University Inn.

Tours in other languages are designed for individuals who speak a language other than English or who may need an interpreter. The campus tour and presentation will be led by a USU ambassador or staff member who speaks your preferred language. In some cases, a student interpreter may accompany your tour guide and/or be present during the presentation. You can find the available tours in other languages on the same page as the campus tours. The registration for these tours closes 2 weeks in advance to the tour date, and take place during our Saturday tours.

If you have questions about these tours, please reach out to Annette Vazquez-Torres at annette.torres@usu.edu or by phone at 435-797-7004.

Other Ways to Experience Utah State

There are even more ways to explore USU through first-hand experiences beyond a campus tour. Join us for a True Blue Day to experience a full day in the life of an Aggie, attend an Open House near you to meet with admissions advisors, or dive into Aggie life and Beyond the Tour videos to hear real stories from current students. However you choose to explore, you’ll get a true sense of the Aggie spirit, community, and opportunities that make Utah State unforgettable.
