Garden Days with Utah Conservation Corps
Student Activities
Come get your hands in the dirt with Utah Conservation Corps garden days! Help prep and maintain the garden for the growing season. UCC produce is donated to local food security efforts. You will be working outside, so be sure to dress accordingly. Water bottle, hat, sunscreen, and work gloves recommended. The address is 1483 E Canyon Road. The entrance to UCC is just east of the Herm’s parking lot. You can proceed past the No Trespassing sign and park in the crew member parking along the road where the pavement ends.

Fraternity Block Party

The Interfraternity Council (IFC) at Utah State University is hosting a high-energy outdoor Block Party in the TSC Bus Loop to kick off the semester and promote student engagement. This event will feature multiple live bands, student and local DJs, and interactive spaces for students to connect, dance, and enjoy campus life.
This event is open to all USU students and aims to build community while showcasing the positive, inclusive culture of Greek Life. Security and IFC volunteers will be present to ensure a safe and respectful environment. Music volume will be monitored to comply with university standards, and all university policies will be followed.

RecFest
Special Event
Kick off the school year with Campus Recreation and RecFest! Come to the ARC and take your pick of playing on the sand courts, talking with club sports teams, running through inflatables, using the photobooth & more. We'll have a high-stakes raffle full of great prizes from pickleball sets to AirPods to air fryers. RecFest will be the Saturday before school starts, August 23rd, from 7-11pm. Everything will be in the ARC and on the ALF. Free for ALL students.
Free Week - Group Fitness

Group fitness classes are back for the school year, and the first two weeks of classes they're all FREE! Try out a new class or get right back to your favorites. From pilates to yoga to ab attack and high fitness, we offer around 30 classes a week. You can view a full schedule online to find what works for you!

Free pilates class? Say yes! Come join us for our special Welcome Week pilates class on Tuesday, August 26th starting at 5pm in the MAC gym at the ARC. The class is free for anyone, but we'd appreciate it if you sign up beforehand, as space may be limited. All equipment is provided!
USU's Day on the Quad

Day On The Quad is the biggest campus community gathering in the fall. Over 400 community and campus groups attend to support USU students and highlight the services of their organizations. It is open to the entire campus community. This event hosts over 5,000 student attendees each year. It is free to attend and usually involves loads of information and swag.

Get moving during Welcome Week with our high fitness class! Event is free for all students, but please sign up beforehand at recportal.usu.edu. Class will start at 6pm in the MAC gym at the ARC.
Welcome Week Spikeball Tournament

Get competitive with our free spikeball tournament as part of Campus Recreation's Welcome Weeks. Arrive at 6:45pm on the ALF to get your team registered and ready to compete. Games will start at 7pm. There is no pre-registration required and is free for all students.
Welcome Week Pool Party

Cap off the first week of Campus Recreation's Welcome Weeks with our pool party in the HPER. The pool will be available for open swim, where you can bring your friends, listen to music, play games, and more! Event will run from 7-9pm and free for anyone. Come for 30 minutes, stay for the whole time, we're happy to have you.
