Happening from 3:30-4:30pm in the ARC nutrition center, we'll be chatting about 15 minute recipes for the busy college student. Get helpful insights and tips as well as some free food samples. The USU Farmers Market brings community members together to purchase locally-made and locally-grown food, crafts and other products. Students are able to utilize the Double Your Bucks program which allows active USU students to double their money in dollar increments up to $6.00. Double Your Bucks tokens may only be used in the Market towards produce and select food items.

Third Floor Snack Walk

Join us for the second annual Third Floor Snack Walk & Open House in the Taggart Student Center! Come learn about what services each office provides to students, meet staff, find your way around the TSC's third floor, and have some snacks while you're at it. Harvest Rescue coordinates available ready-to-harvest produce from tree and garden owners with local volunteers to pick and donate the produce to organizations who can use it. Volunteers who harvest and pick produce are required to wear closed toed shoes and be respectful of the tree/land owners property. Volunteers under the age of 18 are required to have adult supervision during sessions. Volunteers are permitted to take home a small portion of the harvested produce in appreciation for their support.

Snake River Rafting & Camping

We are heading up to the Snake River near Jackson Wyoming for a weekend of rafting and camping. We will spend Friday and Saturday nights around the fire and raft the thrilling rapids of the Alpine section of the Snake River. Participants must be able to swim. Trip cost includes food, transportation, permit fees, rafting equipment, tent, sleeping bag, sleeping pad and student leadership.

Color Run

Join Campus Recreation for our 2nd annual Color Run, which caps off our Welcome Weeks! This is a 2-mile fun run, perfect for anyone. We'll start at 9am at the Aggie Rec Center and make our way to the Quad. Registration is $5 for students and $10 for fac/staff/community. Signing up will get you a race t-shirt & food after the race. Registration will open August 6th at recportal.usu.edu.
