R.A.D Basic Physical Defense for Women (Course Kick-Off)

EVERY TUESDAY, JAN.10-FEB. 7 FROM 5:30PM-7:30PM Designed to develop and enhance the options of self-defense, so they may become viable considerations to the woman who is attacked. Using Mindfulness to Increase Well-Being

This one-hour workshop will focus on the basics of mindfulness and how to incorporate it into your day-to-day to increase well-being.
Snowshoe Hike
Recreation
Let's go walk on some snow! Come spend a few hours snowshoeing up Logan Canyon. We will explore one of the many winter trails in our big campus backyard. Trip cost includes snowshoe rental, transportation, and student leadership.
