Special Event
Come decorate a mirror to be hung up around campus that shows your experience with disordered eating and/or body image distress. Open to all students. Please bring a smaller mirror and any art supplies you would like - there will be mirrors and art supplies available for you to use, but supplies will be limited. Distress Tolerance Skills

This one-hour workshop will focus on skills training that are concerned with tolerating and surviving crises (including crises caused by addictive behaviors) and with accepting life as it is in the moment.
5v5 Basketball League (Registration Deadline)

Register for the Intramural Sports 5v5 Basketball League by midnight, Sunday, January 22. The league will run from January 30 through March 23.
