Join us in part 1 of our Stress and Anxiety Management workshop series where you will gain a better understanding of yourself and take away at least three skills you can use immediately to make life a bit more manageable.

Nutrition Nightmares: Sorting through Misinformation
Workshop/Training
This will be a 1-hour presentation on sorting through nutrition misinformation that we find on the internet, social media, and other sources. You will learn about common nutrition myths and how to tell if information you find regarding nutrition is true! This presentation is put on by graduate-level Dietetics students. It is also Halloween-themed, so come and join us for an hour of fun!

Understanding Macronutrients for the College Student

This will be a 30-minute mini nutrition workshop on tips to making sure college students are getting the proper nutrition through their diet! This class is put on by senior USU Dietetics students.
Getting Unstuck: Strategies to Manage Depression
Workshop/Training
College life is full of emotional peaks and valleys, but some valleys run deeper and longer than others. Sometimes we can feel stuck and unsure of how to climb back up. This workshop takes a hopeful and creative view of depression as a journey. You will learn to better understand depression, its role in your life, and how it can be a starting point on your personal journey of becoming.
Karaoke Raffle Night

Come experience the second happiest place on earth at Karaoke Raffle Night October 5th, 2023 8:00-10:00 PM in the TSC Lounges! Sing Karaoke, Get Tickets, Win Prizes!If you come you will automatically get 1 ticket, and each time you sing you will receive 10 tickets to enter into a raffle for some incredible prizes! Come dressed for a day at the theme park in your best tourist attire for an extra ticket. See you there!
Homecoming Throwback Dance

Do you want to live in the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, 00's, or even the 10s for the night? Come join us in the TSC Ballroom at 9:30pm for free, limited edition homecoming hats, and a great time! Plus, you can stay and dance throughout each decade till the very end of the night to become a True Aggie. It'll be one groovy night!
